- Obtain the any available title information from your lender
- Apply for a provisional redemption statement right at the outset.
- Investigate the title to ensure that there no adverse rights that affect the property
- On receipt of the mortgage offer, we will check the conditions of the offer to ensure that they are satisfied before completion
- Any occupiers of the property over the age of 17 will be asked to sign an Occupiers Waiver Form
- A final and up to date redemption statement will be obtained and a copy will be sent to you so you know how much you are repaying to your existing lender
- On completion, we will redeem the mortgage and send the surplus monies to you

- Draft the sale contract and send it to the buyer's solicitor
- Deal with any enquiries form the buyer's solicitor to minimise any delay in the transaction
- Obtain your signatures to the contract and transfer
- Obtain a redemption statement from your lender.
- On completion, we will pay the estate agents fees and redeem your mortgage
- The surplus monies will be sent to you on the day of completion
We will take it upon ourselves to liaise with the estate agent and the buyer's solicitor to gain a smooth completion for all whilst delivering excellent customer service

- Register you as the owner of the property
