• On receipt of the mortgage offer, we will check the conditions of the offer to ensure that they are satisfied before completion
• Any occupiers of the property over the age of 17 will be asked to sign an Occupiers Waiver Form
• A final and up to date redemption statement will be obtained and a copy will be sent to you so you know how much you are repaying to your existing lender
• On completion, we will redeem the mortgage and send the surplus monies to you
